There’s so Much to Deal With

You’re not the only one thinking this. Life, work, family, money, stress, chores, the past, the future… and the list goes on. In our fast paced, work-focused society, it can be really easy to get caught up in all the things on our plate and forget about what really matters. Anxiety, depression, stress, anger, trauma, family – they all take a toll on our mental health when we don’t know how to handle our emotions and life stressors.

The good news? It’s not your fault. Really? Yes, it’s not your fault! Most people who struggle with their mental health were never taught how to handle worries, stress, anger, and sadness in a healthy way. It’s normal to struggle- you just haven’t learned how to regulate your emotions (yet).

All of our therapists at Unite use research-based interventions to help you learn and grow. You can rest assured that we will provide solid tools to help you make peace with your emotions and the world around you. We also teach our clients how to communicate, set boundaries, and increase relationship health with family, partners, coworkers, and other important people in your life.

A Wealth of Experience and Training

We know just how to help.

With our own life experiences, on top of graduate degrees and numerous professional trainings, our therapists will work diligently to find what helps you. We understand there’s no one-size-fits all solution.

You are unique, one of a kind, and special in your own way. Help our therapists learn all about you and what approaches many benefit you the most. We’re here to listen, understand, show kindness and care, and share techniques and exercises to help you heal emotionally and relationally. There really is hope for everyone, no matter what you’ve been through or where you come from.

The Time is Now.

Why wait longer to get the help you need?
You deserve support and kindness just as much as anyone else.
